We know your time is precious. That’s why we only have five meetings a year, held every two months, and keep meetings to one hour.

All meetings take place on a Thursday from 2:45 - 3:45 p.m. in the Hough Elementary Library and virtually through Zoom.

General membership meetings have two main purposes:
1. Inform membership and encourage involvement.
2. Review plans for fundraising activities and planned budgeted expenditures as well as provide news from the board and committee leads.

Looking to discuss planning details about programs and events?
All discussions surrounding programs and events, including how to best serve all our students, how to show our staff how much we appreciate them, what snacks to serve, and what craft/activities to offer happen at committee meetings? Contact us for committee information.

Note: Membership is not required to attend, but membership is required to speak, debate, make a motion or vote.
