School-Wide Soccer Shoot-Out Fundraiser

Students in EVERY GRADE will have the opportunity to take up to 20 penalty shots (attempts to kick the ball into the soccer goal) 4/24/24 thru 4/26/24. PLEDGES CAN BE COLLECTED on the sheet that was sent home OR ONLINE AT https://app.99pledges.com/fund/hough.

 HAN)- Beans & Bingo
Thursday 4/25 5:30 - 7:30pm

This year we're combing two favorite Hough-at-Night events Beans & Bravo and Bingo Night to make BEANS AND BINGO! It's our annual Chili Cook-Off and a fun-filled BINGO NIGHT!

​

Sign up to compete in the Chili Cook-Off and bring your pot of chili to the school by 5:15 then join us starting at 5:30 to sample all the delicious chilis and vote for your favorites. Then grab a bingo card and play some rounds of bingo.

​

Prizes will be awarded for the the top 3 chilis and for each round of bingo! We can't wait to see you there!

And you won't want to miss bidding on some of the amazing items available in our SILENT AUCTION going on during the event! RV Rental for your summer vacation, Home Depot basket (with gift cards) for your spring/summer projects, Summer BBQ Basket, Summer Fun Basket, Wellness Basket and so many more!! Help support the PTSA AND get some awesome items for your family!

Join the PTSA Board for 2024-2025

The PTSA NEEDS YOU!
The Hough Elementary PTSA needs to fill it's 2024 -2025 Board! Board positions have a maximum term of 2 years and our current President, VP, and Secretary have all reached their term limits. We must have people to fill these rolls in order to continue to operate so we are looking for some interested parents to join us for next year.

The PTSA is an important organization at Hough, responsible for many of our Hawks favorite things - HANs like Monster Mash Bash, Winter Wonderland, Beans and Bingo; Donuts with Grownups; End-of-Year Carnival; Birthday Tables;  and so much more. We also play a critical roll in supporting our school and our students and with the budget cuts in our district for next year, we are going to be even more important. We will be holding elections on 5/16 and MUST fill our Board by then or we will not be able to operate next school year.

Birthday table celebrations: happening each month near the end of the month

Each month, Hough students whose birthdays fall within the month are invited to a special birthday table celebration during their lunch hour.

A loved one is welcome to join them for lunch, they get a special hat, have their picture taken in front of the Birthday Backdrop and get a special treat (plus their framed photo) to take home!

 

We need a couple of volunteers each month to help us man the birthday table. If you'd like to sign up, please click HERE. If it's your child's birthday month, don't worry, you'll still have time to eat with them and get your photo taken with them too!
